Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a high-end retail location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, greet and direct visitors, and observe activity while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns calmly, escalating per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Document observations and incidents, and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
