Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badges preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Monitor entry and exit points and verify visitor authorization.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas and perimeter.
• Communicate professionally and report unusual activity.
