Job summary

Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Incident Prevention Patrol to safeguard clients across commercial real estate locations. You will provide courteous customer service to tenants and visitors while maintaining a visible security presence and following site procedures.

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will monitor access, perform patrols, document incidents, and respond calmly to alarms.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors.
• Observe and report security-related incidents.
• Maintain a professional presence and assist on-site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unauthorized access, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
