Berman Security Agency, LLC is seeking experienced Security Officers for part-time shifts in Houston, TX. The team protects residents, staff and visitors, maintains safety, and upholds professional standards.

Officers will patrol premises, engage with the public, manage incidents, and coordinate with EMS when needed. The role emphasizes discretion, teamwork, and strong communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security experience; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment.
• Flexibility to work any shift and comply with licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional presence while on post or conducting patrols
• Demonstrate knowledge of assigned property and engage with residents, guests, and employees
• Protect company assets and preserve the confidentiality of proprietary information
• Promote a respectful and collaborative team environment
• Respond to complaints and emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
• Handle accidents and emergencies, including contacting EMS, providing First Aid/CPR when necessary, and completing incident reports
• Operate motor vehicles as required for patrol or job duties
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
