Job summary

Allied Universal in Louisville, KY is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Experienced Patrol Response to monitor facilities, respond to incidents, and provide professional customer service. You will perform regular patrols, verify access, and remain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents.

Minimum requirements include at least two years of security-related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a part-time evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership.
