Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver's license.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen to extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions or access attempts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
