Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns as per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and shift communications while supporting a professional environment.
