Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, laboratory-adjacent, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unauthorized access attempts and other security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and operational concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
