Job summary

Allied Universal in Kutztown, PA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced with a customer service focus. This role offers a fixed shift at a designated site and the flexibility to pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The position supports a flexible schedule, with a six-month anchor shift commitment and potential to scale toward full-time hours, up to 40 hours per week. A valid drivers license and comfort using a computer or tablet are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required per driver policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet with basic software skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and/or students while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor check-in procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for appropriate personnel.
• Deter unauthorized activity through professional presence and adherence to post orders.
