Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and emergency procedures at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and critical situations calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Observe and report hazardous conditions or policy violations to site contacts.
