Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Little Rock, AR. This position offers flexible, reliable hours with the opportunity to move toward a full-time career at the industry leader.

Pay rate is $16.40 per hour with weekly pay. Fixed anchor shifts and the ability to pick up extra shifts allow you to increase earnings while gaining experience at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen is required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, parking areas, loading zones and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization per site procedures and deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and document observations for leadership.
• Report unusual activity and potential hazards to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
