Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, access points, trailers, docks, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting activity, and directing authorized personnel per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notifying site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports per Allied Universal and site requirements.
