Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and contractor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify security concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.
