Qualifications

Experience providing customer service.
Experience with access control/badge systems is preferred.
Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; background check required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, report unauthorized entry or unusual activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions taken.
Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation to deter theft and damage.
