Responsibilities

Conduct periodic tours to secure doors, windows, and gates and prevent unauthorized access.
Guard hospital property and control access to facilities.
Apply de-escalation tactics with high-risk individuals and document incidents.
Respond to alarms and emergencies, including codes and drills.
Investigate incidents, maintain incident logs, and prepare detailed reports.
Collaborate with care teams and screen visitors when appropriate.
Monitor parking, enforce regulations, and compile leadership reports.
