Qualifications

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background check required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site policies.
• Complete reports, logs, and shift documentation accurately and timely.
