Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Durham, NC. You will provide frontline security in a healthcare setting, performing patient, visitor, and staff assistance, plus access control and incident response.

You will conduct unarmed patrols, monitor entrances, and document activities for site leadership. This role requires 18+ for unarmed work, high school diploma, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and follow established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; provide directions and assistance to maintain order for patients and guests.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately; prepare reports for site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors.
