Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security experience.
• Guard card or license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and guests by performing security-related procedures and responding to incidents.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in academic buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor entrances/exits and assist with visitor direction and access control as assigned.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders.
