Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures and front desk policies at a telecommunications and media location.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor access to the facility, manage incoming calls and deliveries, and direct guests to appropriate personnel or locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security concerns and access-control issues.
