Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Rochester, MN. You will provide a welcoming, professional presence at the retail front desk, monitor access, greet visitors, assist customers and associates, and report security concerns as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/regulation and may be needed.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers and personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Staff the front desk and act as a professional point of contact for guests, associates, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Verify visitor access, issue credentials, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor entrances and security systems from the front desk and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
