Job summary

Allied Universal in Warrenton, VA is recruiting a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time to deliver dependable, flexible coverage at a healthcare location. You will perform security procedures, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining reliable, part-time hours.

This role features fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and an Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program to take extra shifts across sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Access control and badge experience preferred; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and contractors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies using established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking lots and entrances.
• Monitor access points, report unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately in site records.
