Allied Universal, a leading security and facilities services company, seeks a part-time Security Officer Enhanced. In Miamisburg, OH, you’ll have reliable hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts for more earnings.

No experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include client, employee, visitor interactions, incident response, and routine patrols, with potential for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, supporting an orderly professional environment.
• Complete daily activity reports and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership.
