Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of restaurant areas, parking lots, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe deliveries, vendor activity, and visitor movement in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
