Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems or badge management preferred.
• Comfortable using computers or tablets for daily tasks.

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor credentials, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership.
