Allied Universal in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced to provide dependable coverage at a designated site with fixed shifts. The role offers hourly pay of $16.50 and the chance to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, supporting flexible hours while building experience in security.

You will perform patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and complete clear reports to help protect people and property.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background investigation and drug screen required.
Valid security license preferred (state/local).

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel and/or Allied Universal supervision.
