Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of offices, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain accurate documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and follow site protocols.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and support a professional environment.
