Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees following security procedures and site policies.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, logging, and supporting access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document details for appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entry points and communications to deter unauthorized access and maintain a professional environment.
