The position emphasizes access control, visitor management, and incident response at an industrial manufacturing site. The candidate should be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be open to background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an industrial manufacturing location by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue temporary access credentials, and maintain logs.
• Control access for vehicles, vendors, and deliveries per site procedures and direct individuals to check-in areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and urgent situations calmly and escalate to site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
