• Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk in a commercial real estate setting.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records per site policies.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems, report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a professional manner following procedures.
• Support building operations by answering phones, guiding guests, and maintaining a welcoming lobby.
