Qualifications

• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors following site procedures for access control at a busy logistics/location.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and shipping docs, deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document concerns.
• Screen visitors, deliveries, and vehicles; maintain accurate access records and communicate with site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols around location and perimeter to spot security issues.
