Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws; driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and employees at the front desk in a professional manner.
• Monitor visitor access, validate ID, issue credentials, and maintain records.
• Support access-control and reception operations for a technology location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms and escalate as needed.
• Report unusual or concerning activity to leadership and site management.
