As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Hazard Identification in Los Angeles, CA, you’ll provide reliable coverage with fixed hours and optional extra shifts through the Earn‑A‑Shift program.

Pay rate is $22.00 per hour. The role requires a high school diploma, a guard card or license if applicable, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, follow established sign-in procedures, and report suspicious, disruptive, or unauthorized activity to the appropriate site contact and/or emergency services.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and policy violations in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.
