Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a logistics location while performing site‑specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access‑control records.
• Control entry/exit of vehicles, deliveries, and personnel following site procedures for truck traffic and loading zones.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, solution‑oriented manner and communicate observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, perimeter, parking, and loading zones to deter unauthorized activity.
