Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and loading areas at a logistics and distribution location; verify authorized entry and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations accurately in required reports and logs.
