Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Patrol Field Observation in Bridgeport, PA. This role offers flexible, reliable hours and opportunities to build toward a full-time career.

Responsibilities include customer service, patrols, and incident response at a distribution facility. The position pays $17.92 per hour and includes access to our shift-claiming program and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of people and vehicles per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate to site leadership.
