Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, and parking areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazardous conditions, and maintenance concerns to site contacts or leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and traffic flow while maintaining professional communication.
