Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required by law
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, as assigned.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to site management and/or appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and other security-related duties in accordance with site procedures.
