Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 (unarmed) / 21 (armed).
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Screen individuals, carry-on items, packages, and other property entering/leaving the site.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections following procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
