Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Operations in Garfield Heights, OH. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to boost earnings.

You will provide customer service, respond to emergencies, perform regular patrols, and ensure site procedures are followed. CPR is preferred; 18+ with a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background investigation will be conducted.
Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.
18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and efficiently.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols across healthcare facilities, parking areas, and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and entry procedures.
Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
