Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced at Fulton, MO. This role provides reliable hours with optional extra shifts via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, designed for flexibility and income stability.

The position offers a base pay of $16.28 per hour, with a six-month anchor shift commitment at a fixed site and opportunities to scale hours through multiple sites. Great for building toward a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution location, including the building perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, trailer areas, and access points.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and driver activity, and reporting unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities to help support loss prevention and operational continuity.
