Allied Universal® is seeking a part-time Security Officer – FLEX in Davenport, IA. The role provides reliable, flexible hours at an assigned site with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $18.80 per hour. This position supports a path toward a full-time career with the industry leader and is ideal for supplemental income and hands-on security experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery areas; document observations as required.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
