Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and report concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout food production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain awareness of food and beverage facility operations, including restricted areas and delivery activity, while following applicable site policies.
