Job summary

Allied Universal® seeks a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Lancaster, TX. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed anchor shift and optional additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Earn $19.25 per hour with opportunities to scale to more shifts and gain experience across sites. Responsibilities include providing security and customer service, responding to incidents, patrolling retail and mall areas, reporting hazards, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide security communication and customer service at the site.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow procedures.
• Conduct fixed and random unarmed patrols across mall and retail areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports.
