Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Patrol in COLLINS, MS. This role provides flexible, reliable scheduled hours at a fixed site with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $15.45 per hour. The position includes a fixed anchor shift and the option to increase earnings across multiple sites, with potential flow to full-time over time.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors while following security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the assigned site to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and direct individuals to appropriate locations per site rules.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and shift handoff communications.
