Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying IDs, issuing credentials, and directing visitors.
• Monitor entry activity, alarms, and surveillance systems; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports for a professional front-desk environment.
