Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced (Part Time) in Chantilly, VA. Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include: at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check, drug screen, and licensing as applicable by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization per site procedures, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with emergency responders as directed.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, employees, and visitors while reporting observations and maintenance issues.
