Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential community and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; document visitor and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports and share with supervisors.
