Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Enhanced Security Officer in Ashburn, VA to provide dependable coverage with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. The role offers a steady schedule, site-specific procedures, and a path to increased earning with flexibility across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates should have customer service experience, be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors and exteriors.
• Monitor access points and maintain logs; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and promptly.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate observations to leadership.
