Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Digital Reporting in Albuquerque, NM. This part-time role offers fixed anchor shifts with potential for additional hours through our scheduling platform, aiming to provide dependable income and growth opportunities.

You’ll perform security-related duties, respond to incidents calmly, patrol retail locations, monitor access points, and document daily activities following location procedures. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in line with procedures.
