Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required prior to employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, crew members, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with the orderly flow of people and items at assigned areas.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to identify unusual activity, policy violations, or maintenance concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and needs.
